Lust may seem unavoidable in today’s world, but God calls us to freedom—and by His power, we can be set free from its grip. Whether it takes the form of pornography, fantasy, or misplaced desires, lust distorts God’s good gift of sexuality and undermines our ability to love as Christ loves. The gospel offers a better story: we are created in God’s image, with dignity and purpose, to honor Him in every area of life and to treat others with the worth He has given them.

In The Death of Porn, Ray Ortlund writes six heartfelt letters—like a father speaking to his son—calling men to reject the lies of lust and reclaim the noble identity God has given them. This is a rallying call for brothers in Christ to stand shoulder-to-shoulder, fight for holiness, and build a culture of purity and respect that glorifies God. Through Scripture and honest conversation, Ortlund reminds us that God’s grace meets us in our deepest shame and transforms us into men who live with courage and honor.

This 6-week men’s study begins Saturday, October 4th, and meets from 8:15–9:15am at the Common Good Co. Conference Room. Study books will be provided for all participants.
